Well the spring has arrived… at least it has according to the calendar. Someone needs to let the sun know that Scotland would like a little visit from him now and again! However, the fog and constant drizzle didn’t ruin the trip. It was a few degrees warmer which made things easier and the lighter nights are very welcome indeed.
The outbound trip was very technical with 80% of it being off road over some very tough terrain. A campsite was found, food was eaten, and a good nights sleep was had. The route back towards home included a stop at a beautiful waterfall, a not so beautiful fall off the bike, and a hot pasty and some Dr Pepper to keep me going.
See it all below and be sure to keep your eyes out for the weird crow trap and the secret book!
